Delivery Costs
Delivery of all items is absolutely free to customers within the UK so you won't find any surprise charges when you checkout. We do deliver to addresses outside the UK but there will be an additional charge for this service as follows:
- Europe - £3.00 per order
- Worldwide - £5.00 per order
Delivery Times
Yarn stock permitting, all orders are usually processed and sent to your granny to knit up within 48 hours. In the event that a particular yarn is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and process the order as soon as it arrives. It may be that your order is knitted by more than one granny depending on their availability and hence we may send out an order over two or more deliveries.
Expected delivery times by country:
- United Kingdom (Royal Mail First Class) - up to 10 working days
- Europe (Royal Mail Airmail) - up to 13 working days
- Worldwide (Royal Mail Airmail) - up to 15 working days
We try our very best to meet the stated delivery times, however sometimes events beyond out control may prevent this from happening. If your delivery is going to be delayed, we will email you to let you know and, if the order has not yet been hand-knit, you may choose to cancel your order.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of the bespoke service, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been accepted with an Order Acceptance. That said, if you are really unhappy with your finished product then please contact us and we'll see what we can do. |
