Delivery Costs
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class and by Airmail outside the UK. Delivery is charged per order at the following rates:
- Within the UK - £3.95 Royal Mail First Class
- Europe - £4.95 Royal Mail Air Mail
- Worldwide - £6.95 Royal Mail Air Mail
Delivery Times - Bespoke Orders
At the checkout you are given the opportunity to choose one of our team of available grannies that you would like to knit your order. Each knitter will have an expected despatch date when they are likely to finish knitting your order. This expected dispatch date will also be in your order confirmation email for your reference.
We try our very best to meet your expected despatch date, however sometimes events beyond our control may prevent this from happening. If your delivery is going to be delayed, we will email you to let you know, at which point you may cancel your order if necessary.
Delivery Times - Yarn
We will endeavour to despatch yarn orders within 48 hours of ordering. Yarn will be despatched using Royal Mail First Class postage.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of the bespoke service, custom designed orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been accepted with an Order Acceptance. That said, if you are really unhappy with your finished product then please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Orders from our collection, which have not been customised, can be returned within 14 days, in their original condition, for a full refund. Please note that we do not refund the postage costs of any returned items.
